Such kind and helpful staff! Dr.Ellis is also very kind and thorough. He has no problem explaining everything he’s doing especially with the kids and you don’t feel like a number, you feel like he really cares and wants the best for you. Same with his whole staff.

I was lost trying to find the location. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and I Enjoyed hearing the smile in her voice. When I arrived, I was greeted in a respectful manner, and with a smile, the staff was excellent. The doctor was great. My overall experience was amazing. I switched eye doctors wanting to try something new and I was recommended by the AV community group to this facility. So glad that I made the choice. The doctor was very thorough with my eye examination along with the staff that ran the test. They were very detailed, and I am appreciative. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I really loved the facility and staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Amanda Ly was great with my kids and loved that she showed us pics of their eyes and explained everything to us.

Great experience. The office is nice and clean and efficient. I esp appreciated how they told you what everything is and does before they have you do it. That made me feel a lot more comfortable. Dr. Ellis is also very friendly and personable and explains everything. I felt more knowledgeable about my eye health. And he even is giving me a couple of trial pairs of contacts so I can have the kind that is most comfortable for me.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ellis Eye Optometry yesterday.  This was my first visit and it met my expectations and then some.  I had a really good, in-depth exam with top of the line, modern equipment. The staff was friendly and Dr. Ellis was spectacular.  He's very patient, very knowledgeable and human.  He actually took time to listen to my past history and acknowledged my concerns.  I really appreciate that type of service and treatment.  I wish there were more like that in the medical industry, especially these days where they rush you out without really listening and caring.  Thank you very much.
